happy
well, i've been enjoying life these past couple of days. i remember how much fun it is to not be on the computer. i hope, that finally i can break away from this damn thing. i mean, of course i'ma talking online, and update my journal. few people i actually care to talk to online anyways, mainly kristen. she's my best friend. that's how it's always been, always will be. anyways.
i went to carthage college yesterday, and visted the campus. it was bad ass. i really like the campus so does derrick and kristin so i think we are gonna go there. it's pretty selective, but my grades are good enough, plus the admissions coordinator told me that because i'm bi-racial and my gpa n act scores were really high that i could easily get 6000-7000 off, same with Derrick. Since he went to state for track and b/c he's black he can get a lot off too, same amount. the dorm rooms are kinda small though, i really didn't like it but hey, that's college for you. anyways. what else.
uh, i have a date next week for spring break, with a new guy by the name of brian. he's a really nice kid. it's not the brian i went to TWIRP with, this is a new one. he's a cutie. and i like his jeep so it's all good. lol. we are gonna go watch the movie ET, i figure things are completely lost between me and jon now. i guess things just weren't meant to be. had to learn that the hard way. but it's done with, and hopefully, there's a friendship.

today me kristin and derrick are gonna go do something, we all have money to blow so. kristin just got her check, derrick got his check from the state. and i got thirty dollars. woowee. so much lol. [ not ] hmm. we are thinking about going downtown. take the train up to chicago and just hang out. ya .. that sounds like a plan. that's what ima go do.
well, i'll update this later. i'm waiting for brian to call me. he said he was gonna call sometime after twelve thirty when he got off of work. so i'm outta here.
