I knew I had something else to say... The Big Day Out is a one-day festival kind of thing, and past headliners have been Metallica, Rage Against the Machine and The White Stripes. It's never been my kind of thing (plus its in Auckland), but next years 'confirmed'/rumoured act is...Neil Young. WTF? I grew up on Neil Young, because Dad is a huge fan. But Dad thinks he's too old to go to the BDO, which sucks, because Dad always goes to see him when he comes to NZ.
The other rumour is Radiohead...I'd definitely go for Radiohead and Neil Young.
