Oh my goodness, this was so awesome to read. I loved it and thought you did a great job in your fill. The description of the scene, the portrayal of the characters and just in the dialogue alone was spot on. This was so wonderful to see come to life and I think the fact that you made Sledge bolder is what I liked best.

He doesn't strike me as the most bad ass guy around, but I also don't see him as the type to just take crap from people. Thus I found his reaction to Snafu's taunting, while unorthodox, to be incredibly frank. It's like there's a hidden psychology there that he picks up on quickly and uses to his advantage.

I like the OTP of Runner/Chuckler you slipped in and thought it was a nice touch of linking two of the major character groups. Plus I like that pairing too. The Sledge/Burgin one-sided aspect was also refreshing to read and somehow had be craving it. I blame you if I start asking the k-mem for that pairing next.

Bottom line, this was a fantastic fill and I felt you went above and beyond for it. It might be selfish of me to say this, but if you find yourself of the persuasion to continue this story further, it'd be much appreciated. If not, just know that it was duly enjoyed. I look forward to more of your stuff in the future.
