Agnes is a Swedish pop singer and winner of the second series of Swedish Idol in 2005. Her third release, Dance Love Pop is her first international release outside her native Sweden and is due out in the U.S. some time in 2010. The lead single, "Release Me, has proven to be a top ten hit throughout Europe over the past year. The empowering chorus and heavy beats of a great dance tune are there, as well as the surprising and fantastic addition of strings.
