man, i have so much to update about but i dont know how to put it into words. but, ill try.
things are going really well right now. i have a new job, and i like it alot. my managers are all really sweet, and it is fairly easy, while challenging enough to not bore me. plus i get free cookies. i found my missing butterflies and fireworks in someone, you better know who you are, and that makes me really happy.
thanksgiving: whoa. quite the thanksgiving story to tell this year...
So, i get up at about 8:30, get ready, eat breakfast, do morning stuff, blah, blah, blah. then i sit around for about half an hour, and at ten my cousin and i start our drive to his house, in federal way(really close to tacoma in case you didnt know) where the rest of my family is gonna leave to in about half an hour. for that is where we celebrated thanksgiving this year. so, everything is going well, we are listening to loud music, having fun, and being close like we used to be. and then we get like half way there, and out of no where traffic just stopped. the truck ahead of us slammed on his breaks, my cousin slammed on his, but they werent strong enough. we smashed into the back of the guys truck. i saw peices of my cousins bumper fly right over my head. so we pulled over, got out, and looked at his car. the hood was smashed into the radiator. both of his headlights were cracked, and the hood itself was so crushed that we couldnt move it. so my cousin and the other guy traded insurance information(even though the other guys truck was perfect. he had one of them big ol metal fishtail bumpers) and we got back in. turned on the car, and his spedometer was broken. in fact all of the dials were broken. so we drove off the nearest exit and pulled over around the corner. he used my cell phone to call his mom. who said to call my parents. i called, and they thought we were joking. after convincing them, we had to wait like forty-five minutes for them to get to where we were. my dad looked at my cousins car, and decided he better drive it and just make sure he stayed behind the van carrying the rest of the family. so my cousin and i stayed in the car while my dad drove it and finally we made it to his house.
Im glad we had our seatbelts on. we got lucky that neither of us were hurt at all.
The rest of the night was cool though. lots of fun family stuff, that i dont have time to type all of right now.
man, lots of good concerts coming up, and i have to decide which ones i want to go to. cuz i havent got my first check yet. and i have to get lucky enough to work it around my scedule.
