I don't know how to apply make-up to save my life and for a long time, I've been fearful that I've been wasting away my youthfulness on being perpetually pale-faced and nene.
Good thing Rina's sister, Ria, who works in Beauty Bar under Stores Specialists, made us a sweet deal as her first customers. I believe she's trained under Shu Uemura.
Php4000 for an entire afternoon's worth of make-up lessons, inclusive of:
* Free use of her extensive collection of brushes and make-up
* Pizza break
* Php6000 worth of make-up products from Beauty Bar
* A photoshoot.. HAHA. I don't know if I ever want to see THOSE photos.
We were all provided with our own individual lighted mirrors that revealed all our flaws/imperfections.
I never knew the array of brushes over there cost an arm and a leg. :O
How nerdy! I took down a lot of notes.
Bare-faced.
Make-up base aka the no-make-up-make-up look. It took the longest to do.
Day make-up.
Smokey eyes make-up. (The night make-up, we already covered underneath this pretty charcoal mess)
Wow I just did all that by myself. Mommy, I'm a big girl now.
Bebot, Muy and I each took home different kinds of make-up. These are what I picked for myself:
/
1st row:Sue Devitt foundation brush, Smashbox Fusion Soft Lights in Dusk Bronzer, Smashbox Waterproof Shadow Liner Duo
2nd row: Smashbox Photo Op Under Eye Brightener, Smashbox Photo Finish Primer
3rd row: Smashbox Browtech in Blonde
And that's a wrap!
I do hope I'm able to reproduce everything I learned.
