Many years ago I picked up a little book at the Salvation Army for $2, it was Out of the Blue, How to Anticipate Big Future Surprises, 1999 by John L. Petersen. And it has been sitting on my book pile forever, today I opened it up on a whim.
It’s basically a book on Futurology, or Future forecasting, and how to anticipate the impact of new surprising new developments in the world. It’s organized in chapters with headings such as: Geographic, Biomedical Technology, Geopolitical/Sociological changes, Technological/Infrastructure, Surprise Attack: New Threats and Old Threats from New Sources, and Spiritual and Paranormal Developments. Each chapter analyzes a variety of potential developments, some examples: ‘Room Temperature Superconductivity Arrives’ or ‘Africa Unravels’ or (one of my favourites) ‘The Arrival of Extraterrestrials’; there are 79 such scenarios in total, the vast majority being gloomy.
Flipping through I was surprised at how many of these ‘upheavals’ the media has told us we’ve actually been through in the past 6 years, just since 2016! - I choose that year because it was basically since Donald Trump’s election that the Media went into overtime trying to scare people into complete psychological dissociation and breakdown. Now I'm not trying to imply that this book is some kind of playbook for Government Psyops or anything... well not seriously anyway...
I’ll list them:
1. Ice Cap Breaks Up - Oceans Rise 100 feet - umm yeah they keep telling us this will happen, every year since 1999 apparently, and, well, it still hasn’t.
2. Global Food Shortage - this is a really current one, having to do with the Ukraine Crisis - Ukraine being a major exporter of Wheat and all.
3. Rapid Climate Change - again they’ve been telling us this one for a long time.
4. Worldwide Epidemic - yeah well I shouldn't have to explain this one.
5. Civil War in the United States - the Paradigm War Goes Kinetic - well they tried to claim this happened with January 6th ‘insurrection’ but that really was a Reichstag Fire event, and obviously so.
6. No-Carbon Economy Worldwide - well, again, currently in progress now as a part of the Great Reset… Great Green Swindle.
7. Social Breakdown in the United States - again, this is a daily Media headline: from the ‘mostly peaceful’ BLM riots burned whole communities all the way to today’s 'domestic terrorists', ‘violent populists’ or ‘Trump supporters’ (aka middle-class white people) wreaking havoc on such Institutions as Public Education by demanding a say in what the children are taught.
8. Rise of an American ‘Strong Man’ - this was President Trump of course, according to the media, who was (somehow) simultaneously a Russian stooge and a madman who was going to trigger WW3 with Russia (though the senile Biden seems more likely to be the one to be both of those).
9. Stock Market Crash - a current one due to Ukraine Crisis.
10. Growth of Religious Environmentalism - umm anyone remember saint ‘Greta’ and the Death Cult called ‘Extinction Agenda’.
11. Mass Migrations - check … every year since 2016, and currently an ongoing catastrophe at the U.S. Southern border.
12. Massive, Lengthy Disruption of National Electrical Supply - not North America, (yet) but some EU countries like Germany are preparing for it. Having ‘invested’ (diverted public funds) into such boutique, ideologically-driven nonsense like ‘Green Energy’, Germany is preparing for brownouts and possible blackouts if they don’t cough up Rubles and Russia turns off the gas… and the windmills they’ve invested in don’t work reliably.
13. Global Financial Revolution (E-cash) - there are daily headline ‘trial balloons’ for this as it is a necessary component of the forthcoming Social Credit/Surveillance state.
14. Fuel Cells Replace Internal Combustion Engines - current as EV Batteries, though EV batteries are toxic as hell and reliable electricity still has to be produced somehow.
15. Virtual Reality, Holography Move Information, Instead of People - this Technocratic Utopianist’s wet dream is apparently here according to (the top 1% of the global 1% and) Mark Zuckerberg with ‘META’.
16. Self-Aware Machine Intelligence is Developed - yeah again, articles everyday, it’s just around the corner and has been since the 60s. But I do believe it’s coming, see 17.
17. Technology Gets Out of Hand - already there.
18. Humans Directly Interface With the Net - again META, the dysfunctional autist's dream come true, it’s here.
19. Information War Breaks Out - in case you haven’t been paying attention: from Government Propaganda, ‘Fake News’, ‘Russian Disinformation’, to Censorship and ‘Cancelling’ people I’d say we’re there… every f’n day.
20. Major Information Systems Disruption - again, just like 12.
21. Terrorism Goes Biological - yeah coming very soon, I’d say really we’re already there since Covid-19 was undoubtedly made in a Wuhan biological laboratory using gain-of-function gene editing for ‘research’ and ‘defensive purposes’ - though of course building a better gun to ‘protect yourself’ is still making a weapon, whether you use it for offense or defense is a matter of choice, and it can still accidentally go off killing someone so I am not sure what 'defensive' is supposed to mean.
22. Computer Manufacturer Blackmails the Country - well really isn’t that what all the fuss was about with Huawai? All companies employing over 50 people are essentially extensions of the Communist Party in China, so when a company like Huawai make like all the 5G infrastructure for Western all nations…
So so far that's 22 of 79 entries, so in 6 years we've hit 28% of the scenarios in that book .... hmmm.
For those who hung in this long, I have a treat, I will leave you with my list of top-picks for addition to the stories the Media will bombard us with this year… now you can completely tune out the curated list of dooms that passes for Media, you heard it all here first…
1. Long-Term Global Communications Disruption - Oh yeah that’s coming, they’ll try to blame ‘Russian Cyberterrorism’ but we’ll all know that’s not the truth.
2. Massive, Lengthy Disruption of National Electrical Supply - may just be EU but can spread to North America.
3. Collapse of the United Nations - yeah you mean the completely useless money-pit organization which failed to even come up with a resolution condemning the Russian action in Ukraine because the resolution was vetoed by Russia? I think this one has already happened but for propaganda reasons the Media don’t want to tell us, only Alternative Media will cover it…
4. Long-Term Side Effects of a Medication are Discovered - Hey maybe the the experimental mRNA treatments … ‘vaccines’ maybe? Again, maybe only for the Alternative Media to cover that one.
5. Collapse of the Sperm Count - yeah coming this year, maybe from the above.
6. U.S. Economy Fails - yeah, most likely an outcome of Western ‘sanctions’ against Russia which seem to be affecting mostly the West… though maybe that’s the plan of all the WEF quislings.
7. Illiterate, Dysfunctional New Generation - oh yeah, the outcome of 2+ years of lockdowns on naturally social and gregarious creatures like humans, that and those stupid ‘smart’ phones that are glued to their hands, well and a swirling-down-the-toilet public education system.
8. Hackers Blackmail the Federal Reserve - lol yeah only the ‘hackers’ will be the WEF as part of the ‘Great Reset.
9. Inner Cities Arm and Revolt - lol, another year of a Biden administration’s elite-driven and willfully tone deaf policies just might do it.
10.Future Prediction Becomes Standard Business - hey when a nobody like me can do it…
