You're not ready, please stop acting like you are

This was my Weekend to Get Shtuff Done, and stuff got done.

All 52 comics for Chapter One of Supertown have now been drawn, and 50 out of 52 have been toned. Whew. Two more to go, which will be easy-peasy tomorrow night before/during/after House. That's pretty perfect because I'm totally buying Fallout 3: Game of the Year edition on Tuesday and that's where I will disappear for the next few weeks. But that's not to say I won't be working on other things, as there are always other things to be worked on, less I fall into obscurity and darkness. So, the to-do list:

  • Finish writing "Point Me at the Sky" for the anthology I was invited to submit to (deadline of November 1)
  • Script Inside Out, a new, short mini-comic I'm putting together (adorable level: orange)
  • Script "Robot Love" (not real title), a collab comic effort between Tara and I
  • Finish writing Chapter Two of Supertown and then start, well, drawing it (no rush; thank the stars for buffers!)
And that's really it. Sure, there's plenty of short stories I'd love to work on and finish or rewrite, but my heart's not there at the moment. Videogames and comics. I'm back to being 17, I guess. Maybe some other time, short stories, yah?
