Triple take out - lieing one for the win.
Muff and I were in a curling 'Funspiel' on Saturday night. The event was put on by the Chamber of Commerce and our team included Ron Anderson (my boss), his wife Debbie, Muff and I. The event consisted of two four end games. If you won the first game, you played another winning team from the first round. After the 2nd game the two undefeated teams were declared the winners.
WE WON!!
We defeated both opposing teams by the identical scores; 5-1 . In the 2nd game we defeated a team that had two regular curlers on it. The strangest part of this is that no one on our team has curled before. After the game the team that we beat 2nd kept asking if any of us had done this before. They were quite angry that they had lost to a team of beginners.

The down side: Apparently curling uses a muscle group that we have not tried out before. We are both limping about the house in pain today.
