You either die a hero or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain.

In this entry, I will write about the pure brilliance that is The Dark Knight. I will also write about how disappointed I was by Breaking Dawn.

I'm afraid I have never read any of those books so I'm just gonna focus on The Dark Knight. Cause I seriously cannot get that film out of my head!
I've only seen it twice but gah, it is just SO DAMN GOOD.

1. I LOVE that scene too. The Joker hanging out of the car is so creepily amazing. And the 'music' in that scene, if you can call it that, is fantastic. You should get the Dark Knight soundtrack, it KICKS ARSE.

2. The Batpod is insanely cool. I want one. And I also want Bruce's Lamborghini :D

3. The ending was incredible. It fits the film so perfectly. The hostage scene was pretty damn intense. I was literally on the edge of my seat, hands over my face, trying to stay calm but I was just so scared for Gordon's son! Like you said, Chris Nolan has taken such a drastically different approach to this kind of film that you just have no idea what'll happen. If the same situation was in any other superhero film, I wouldn't have been the slightest bit worried.

4. I miss Heath too :( My favourite Joker moment is the 'magic trick' with the pencil and when he walks out of the hospital in his nurses uniform. Lolz. Oh and of course all his 'wanna know how I got these scars?' stories.

5. I liked Maggie too, though it did take me a while to adjust to her as Rachel cause I keep thinking of Katie Holmes as that character. And Christian Bale is too hot for words, I mean that part when he's wearing a suit and driving his Lambo? I nearly died from the hotness. My flatmate's friend went to school with him! I was insanely jealous when I found out! 3.10 to Yuma is a cool film, I cried when Bale's character died!

Okay, after reading your post I really want to watch it again!

I can't wait to see the icons! I have been thoroughly uninspired in the icon making department lately so seeing yours might spur some creativity in me :)

Sorry for this crazy long comment!
