Oh yeah, here are a bunch of pictures of us being giant nerds at Motor City Comic Con. We never dress up for the cons, so we decided to be total idiots and do it this year while we had a bunch of people around to help us work the table.)
NERDINESS AHEAD.
Ok, all of this started because poseph looks like Snape. Not old, amazing Alan Rickman Snape... but 20 year old chuck taylor wearing THERE'S STILL TIME TO CHANGE HIM Snape. *heart break*
Seeing as Tod has the UNCANNY ABILITY to look like ANY ONE, we made him shave off his hawt indie beard into a moustache to be Lupin.
Seeing as I had recently re-pinked my hair, it was only natural for me to go as Tonks. Now, that doesn't mean that anyone knew who I was.
All told, we were only dressed up at the con for probably less than an hour. But the night before at the hotel we were good and liquored up, so we had to play in our costumes.
In between Order meetings, Tonks and Lupin sneak off to a cheap hotel room...
But Tonks is disappointed when Snape shows up and ruins all the fun.
Po said it best. "Yeah, we kinda drank a lot."
Speaking of Harry Potter, we finally have the Dork Mark shirts. Here is the beautiful Kaylin modeling one.
