The Art of Making Bread

I have a new love. The process of making bread! Particularly Baguettes. I am using the recipe from the book French Women don't get fat. When I'm sad I feel better if I make bread, there is not much to it yeast, Water, flour and salt. Add a bit of patiences, and you have bread. I'm really not sure where I am getting the patiences from but it works. I bought a special pan from my favorite store (the Extra Ingrediant) it is a pan with holes in the bottom for perfect baguette making. I even consulted the Fresh Market bakers on how to make my crust crispy and I learned that when making crispy bread you have to have your oven very moist. They told me to heavely mist the inside of my oven. It worked! Right now I am waiting for my loaves to rise then I am going to bake them and take them to friends, because who doesn't love hot bread! I wish all of you were closer, cause I'd bake some for you too.
