Who: Cameron, anyone else who'd like to drop in
Where: House's office
What: Cameron tries to get ahead on sending replies to House's emails.
When: early morning, Monday, April 10th
Incomplete.
Cameron had accepted the fact that House would never answer his own email. In fact, she had reached the point of acceptance some time ago, but she decided not to comment; she assumed her continued work without complaint or commentary would speak louder than a snippy remark.
She shrugged as she turned on the laptop that morning. She was hoping to complete most of the replies during the morning in order to avoid staying late. She didn't really have anything better to do, but she was optimistic about life outside the hospital walls. She typed in the appropriate passwords and let out a soft sigh as Outlook mocked her with the messege, "83 inbox." She sipped her tea and braced herself for a long morning.
She started to sort through the emails, determining which ones were important and which ones deserved the simple copy/pasted reply that would refer them to discuss the matter with their primary physician first. The sorting was going rather well and undisturbed until she heard the door open. "Good morning," she chirped, not yet glancing at the door.
