bleh...
So, we had the competition on the weekend. That was fun, VERY long weekend though. The classes/solos/trio I put in got all kinds of medals, I put in 13 dances, of which 3 got gold medals, 7 got silver medals, 2 got bronze medals and 1 didn't place. Then on Sunday I danced, and I got the highest mark in the professional category for my solo!!!! There were only 5 dances in the professional category, but still...it's very exciting for me, I never got first for a solo in my life. There was a hip hop group of all boys...it was so cute, there were a bunch of really little ones, like 3 and 4, and they were just so cute, they did the wave, and a couple of them did the worm, it was the cutest thing I've ever seen! I've got my step teacher's exam tomorrow at 4:30...that's scary, this is definitely the hardest one I've taken so far. It's funny, they seem to get harder every one that I take. Next year, hopefully the "freestyle" one will be easier...
Oh yeah, not to mention that I'm sick, I've got this sinus infection that I've been fighting for months.
