Wow, I've been working at baskins toooo long.
It was funny tuesday, me and alana were working, and viktoria didnt show up. This happened to be the night where we had to do a double defrost. For those of you who do not work at baskin- Robbins or, have no idea what the hell I'm talking about (or both), a double defrost is when we (whoever's working) have to take all the ice cream out of the front freezer, put it all into the back freezer, which by the way is more (or less?) than -40, (celsius or farenheit, doesn't matter when it gets that cold they begin to even out) then we chip all the ice off the freezer and scoop out all the crap thats left at the bottom. mmm tasty. So we do that about once every 6 weeks, tops, and as you can imagine, its a lot of work. So when viktoria didn't show up, alana and I were like "what the hell? well this isnt the first time she didnt show up, so Laury cancelled all her shifts for the week. I still don't know why he doesnt fire her.
Yesterday, because of Viktoria, i had to work 2:30 until close. sure 7 hours doesnt seem like a lot but when you're scooping ice cream..... ouch. It was fun though because i was working with Jen. When we work together all we do is blast bad 90's music to piss off/ entertain the customers, sometimes we dance, not well i might add.
Tami I miss working with you :-( so does Klaus, he doesnt scoop as well anymore.
