I played two shows this week and they were wonderful. I met the kids in Thin Dark Line and hung out with them after the show. Met this band in Fernandina called York. They were really good. I didn't even know they were playing and they just came up after my set and played some really good stuff. Bunches of cool people lately. Im diggin it.

Been working out at the gym again. I need supplements because I'm just wayy out of shape and this time it's taking all my energy just to do mediocre workouts, and last time i'd been on thermogenic supplements for a week before I went into the Gym. I'm not sure when and what i'll be taking like that, but I'll keep at it and get in better shape. Ill be alot happier when I'm in shape.

I wanna hang out with someone, but it's one of those boring saturdays where everyone I know is busy and I'm just here. Not looking like anything is happening either. Maybe Starlight cafe's open mic.

I need a friend like Kasie around me about now. A friend who knows me well enough to be able to tell me things completely bluntly... like everytime i'm just bieng silly about something... someone who can read what other people dont and keep my head level without hurting me. I miss talking to ya, homes. Hope you're ok.
