The Big Bang Theory: Penny/Sheldon 2x18
I managed to watch, cap, edit and post this in under 2 hours. And it's only 7 a.m. Sheldon would be proud of my productivity lol
Yes, looks like I'm doing this thing on weekly basis now.
This whole episode is one big reason as to why P/S would work out as relationship. Gah. If someone still can't see it after watching it, then I'm sorry, there's no hope left for them.
I love the fact that Sheldon goes over Penny's so often that she sets him up a rule on no knocking before 11 a.m. A rule that none of the guys have.
We get that, the knock knock, we get Penny smiling at him, we get her wanting to show him what she's doing. She's sharing enthusiasm over that idea in the exact same way as he shares his enthusiasm with her over things he loves.
I love how bouncy she is. And I love the fact that he doesn't dismiss her idea as silly. The only thing he's upset about is her not bringing him his Tuesday cheeseburger. Yet he still decides to help her out in the end.
Again, like it's been mentioned several times in the community, it's amazing how these two can compromise.
I like to think that she had to physically drag him back to her apartment in that last scene. Smutty AUs please?
Ha! Sheldon's in charge. He likes to be in charge. Oh you just know he wouldn't be as passive as Leonard *wiggles eyebrows*
And evil stares! YAY! Talk about tension!
Singing! THEY'RE SINGING TOGETHER! And it's perfectly in sync! And their "hello" is perfectly in sync! *flails like a silly shipper she is* And apparently Sheldon doesn't mind her singing voice anymore. For someone who was so critical of it last season, he sure changed his mind. It's love, people!
Oh man, just look at them! They're so into it! And I love how Sheldon genuinely seems proud of their work! He smiles again! Awww!
I love their "ewww" faces after Howard's stripper confession lol And Penny sneaks a look at him, like she wants to see if he's just as disgusted by that story as she is.
It's totally their business now. They're partners in this and I'm loving it so freaking much! I bet if the orders didn't suddenly appear, she would totally fire Leonard :P
Oh Sheldon's speech on not giving up! *loves* See, this is why I love these two. They will always challenge each other. She will kick his ass when he needs it, just like he'll give her an extra push when she needs.
This is the scene that proves to me that these will someday rule the freaking world together. They're awesomely evil and again totally in sync! Ha, one day Sheldor and Queen Penelope will rule! And Penny's "nicely played"? Totally reminded me of Sheldon's "well played" to her in 2x07.
Also, I love the fact that they were still singing together!
Oh how cute was to see Sheldon asleep and Penny hitting him on his thigh to wake him up (and sing)? I'm amazed how comfortable he got around her. People can say all they want, but this is a huge character's growth and a great thing for our shipping hopes
So last season she got him drunk and now she drugged him lol Sheldon high on caffeine is awesome!
And that last scene? Just when he appears in his costume? Penny is totally intrigued/turned on. For a moment she has that... "hmmm... look at that. Interesting heh" kind of a look on her face. Also this scene begs for some smutty role playing fic. Pretty please?
Sorry for no better commentaries, but it's 7 a.m. I'm high on caffeine as well, giddy with the shipping glee and overall just more in the "awww" and "squee" mood rather than analytical one. Hopefully you still enjoyed the spam =]
