Hmm... i decided that from now on... everyday im going to be getting myself in shape for football.. I'm going to be running for 45 minutes straight on weekdays, and 1:15 on weekends... Lifting daily during gym, and at night at the YMCA.. (come visit =) ) ... But i also have to go on a diet O.O ....
What do you guys think?
