Hmm... i decided that from now on... everyday im going to be getting myself in shape for football.. I'm going to be running for 45 minutes straight on weekdays, and 1:15 on weekends... Lifting daily during gym, and at night at the YMCA.. (come visit =) ) ... But i also have to go on a diet O.O ....

What do you guys think?

why would you need to go on a diet?

I have to eat tons of complex carbohydrates for every meal.... Omlettes in the mornings, brown rices for lunch with meat, and chicken/meat for dinner... and then another meal before i go to sleep =) ... and snacks 3 times a day =) like apples and fruits... so that it helps stimulate muscle growth and so that my muscles dont get tired after im done .... get it ? =P
need to put on some more muscle weight...
