Started going to gym with a trainer a little over a month ago and just tracking my progress here so far, will be updating monthly for myself.

August 18th, 2010

Weight = 173.4 lbs

Body Fat % = 25.8%

October 1st, 2010

Weight = 174.2 lbs

Body Fat % = 21.8%

Down 4% body fat
