Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is she heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
She's about 163 cm (5'4") tall, and is actually curvy, not that one could tell under her clothes.
2. How old is she?
One hundred years old, but looks like she's in her late teens.
3. Describe her posture. Does she carry herself well or does she slouch?
Poor. She tends to slouch most of the time.
4. How is her health? Is she fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
...Not terribly good. The girl is both anaemic and asthmatic, and often needs Koa to remind her to eat.
5. How does she move? Is she clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
A little on the tense side.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does she perceive herself in the mirror?
Fairly attractive. Could be stunning if she cleaned up, but she really doesn't care about that kind of thing, other than her hair, perhaps.
7. Describe her complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
Pale and clear.
8. Describe her hair: color, texture, style.
She has waist length lavender hair, and has two bows in it. It's surprisingly soft, too.
9. What color are her eyes?
Lavender.
10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
Nope.
11. What are her chief tension centers?
Her back, her hips and her neck and chest.
12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does she have six of the same suit?
Pretty much casual, and she favors lavender.
13. Do her clothes fit well? Does she seem comfortable in them?
More or less. She's of course comfortable in them.
14. Does she dress the same on the job as she does in her free time? If not, what are the differences?
Yes.

Briefs.
Speech

It's sort of a medium tone, generally.
2. How does she normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does she talk easily, or does she hesitate?
She speaks softly and somewhat quickly. And she can speak easily if she's feeling healthier on a given day.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
No accent to speak of.
4. What language/s does she speak, and with how much fluency?
English, Japanese, Old Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Irish Gaelic, Scots Gaelic, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Esperanto, Latin, Ancient Egyptian, Aramaic, Sumerian, Sanskrit and Ancient Greek. She's very fluent in all of them.
5. Does she switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
It depends on who she's speaking to. Generally, this means she mostly uses English and Japanese.
6. Is she a good impromptu speaker, or does she have to think about her words?
She sometimes needs to think about what she's about to say...
7. Is she eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
Being so well learned, she's quite eloquent indeed.

Very intelligent, and definitely book-smart.

She much rather think things through.

The girl's pretty taciturn, generally calm, but lacks tact.

She generally reacts more.

Fight.

Gallows humor? Of course. She likes puns, if they're clever. Bad puns and jokes just get her wanting to facepalm.

Nope.

The day the mansion was brought to Gensokyo.

Her health worsening to the point she can't work.

To one day become omniscient. Basically she wants to know all there is to know.

She doesn't really remember them.

Yes, the other residents of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, of course. She isn't too close to the others, but she shows that she cares in her own ways.

Remilia Scarlet... How they met is a very long story indeed.
6. Does she have other close friends?
There's Marisa (Not that she'd ever admit it) and Alice.
7. Does she make friends easily, or does she have trouble getting along with people?
She... isn't good with social things...
8. Which does she consider more important: family or friends?
Family.
9. Is the character single, married, divorced, widowed? Has she been married more than once?
Single.
10. Is she currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse?
Not at the moment.

She's a bit too focused with her books.

Someone who could put up with her...? And she respects intelligence.

She really doesn't think she's the mothering type.

Marisa is a sort of rival for her.

She identifies as being bisexual. On the scale, she's a 3, leaning towards a 2.

Not terribly important.

She really gets turned on if her breasts are given plenty of attention, licking and such... but more detail can be found here.
Beliefs

Under the Chinese zodiac, she's a Snake. Her western zodiac sign is Cancer, a feminine water sign. She fits both sign in a few ways.

Spiritual.

Yes, sort of. She's very stubborn so it would take a hell of a lot.

Generally, curious.

She dislikes the wilfully ignorant. Why? Because they refuse to learn.

Viole is her home and her castle, which she shares with her assistant and familiar, Koakuma. Koa tries her best to keep the books in the right order...

More books.
5. What does she do for a living? Is she good at it? Does she enjoy it, or would she rather be doing something else?
She's a librarian, teacher, and scholar. And yes, she's very good at it and enjoys it.
6. What are her interests or hobbies? How does she spend her free time?
Either reading or helping to cause or solve the occasinal incident.
7. What are her eating habits? Does she skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
She tends to skip meals if not reminded, and drinks very little alcohol.
