Wedding Photos and Weekend Plans
I'm a married woman now! It's so strange to hear people address me as Mrs. Boardman or as G.'s wife. G. and I will have been married a month and a half. I never would have thought so when I was younger, but so far I actually like being married. Now I just wish people would stop asking us when we're going to have kids!!
Once I receive pictures from the photographer, which will be any day now, I will start sending out photos to everyone. I got to see the proofs and I think that they came out pretty nicely.
I'm enjoying my job at the Natural History Museum. It's mostly secretarial work, but I don't mind. I still don't like to call people on the phone, but I'm getting better at it. If you knew how many times I have to repeat the hours the museum's open...I'm surprised I don't mumble in my sleep, "We're open from 8:30 to 5:00 everyday." There are a lot of people out there who don't seem to understand that "everyday" includes Sunday.
Anyway, the weekend start this afternoon for me, so that means I get to relax, read, and crochet. Yay!
The weekend kicks off with my husband and I watching Doctor Who. This is something we do religiously, every week. If we miss a week, we get upset.
Saturday afternoon, we're going to see "Batman: The Dark Knight" with a friend of ours from work. From what I've been hearing, it's supposed to be pretty good.
