Still keeping up an average of half hour workouts each day (taking approximately one day off per week, while working out for an hour on other days) and watching my food intake each day.
At last checkpoint I was at 161lbs. Now, two weeks later, I am down to 157lbs.
While not as drastic as the first two weeks, I am not concerned. Truthfully losing as much as I had during those first two weeks was not necessarily healthy, and as such I've begun to ween myself away from the crash diet mannerisms I was beginning to adopt.
So I am allowed to eat and still lose weight. Hurrah.
Weighing in at 157 means I am back to high school weights, which still has me in the overweight category, but we will continue striving toward a goal. I hit this one within one month, and hope to reach my new goal of 141lbs within one month, although I have set the deadline for three months from today.
Still going to look great for the wedding.
