A random update on a random Saturday:
I had the day off from work today in order to take my English Placement Exam for UNO since I haven't attended in five years. It went well, I'm fairly certain I showed them I grasp the English Language. Deanna and I spent the whole day together, and my sister and a friend of hers showed up. A good time was had by all.
Deanna and I also purchased Wii Fit today. I have criticized the bundle because I thought the concept was a bit ludicrous, but after my first 20 minutes of playing ("training" as the game calls it) I feel as though I've received a decent workout. The jogging game is a killer on the ol' body. Oi.
On a related side note, according to Wii Fit, I am obese (171lbs at 5'1").
I've set a goal of losing 15 lbs within 3 months, we'll see how that pans out.
Wii Fit is actually an intriguing piece of technology.
