thankyou to everyone who came to see another season play last night at rancho relaxo. it was hands down one of the best shows we've played so far.
gabor, i'm sorry i couldn't make it last night; i hope you had a wonderful night and i'm going to come give you a birthday hang out to make up for my absence. no one came to my birthday last year, gave me a gift like you did, or even called; i got maybe 3 calls from friends, and you were one of them. thankyou so much for that, i'll never forget it. thus, your birthday means a lot to me too. happy 20th :)
so the next few weeks is going to be a bit of a relaxation period for me; the band's taking some time off from playing shows and we'll head into the studio in a few weeks to work on new songs and record. next week, i'm going to just take some time off, see friends, and spend a few days at my cottage; man, i've been HURTING for my cottage.
right now, all my mind is focussing on is seeing friends, relaxing, enjoying the rest of my summer, recording the new another season cd, and starting school.
i can't believe my 4 month summer is almost up; this has been the most eventful summer of my life. at the same time, i'm really looking forward to 2nd year... i know that the next year coming up is going to be a crazy one.
oh, and to robbie and diana; it's about fucking time.
