Today is a joyous day. Well, yesterday was the joyous day, but I can actually enjoy today. I was asleep mentally through most of yesterday. Well, anyways, the reason for my joy is 
. That's the new member of my family, Kuzi. We got him in the Valley, and he was the friendliest of the bunch. I've found so far that he's actually very tame and he only screeched when he saw I was awake, this morning, instead of before when the sun rose. Very mindful bird. Currently, he is sitting on my shoulder peacefully. Pretty soon, he'll be used to all of us. I've missed the smell of bird, and even though I don't like to clean up said bird remains, it's alright. He's fairly low maintnance, and, considering the fact that I now have someone to spoil with toys and snacks and stuff, my life won't be so dreary, especially since I'll have to give my attention to another creature whether I want to or not. And he's eaten! That is, he even ate yesterday, which is very good. It means he's not scared out of his mind. And we've pooped the correct amount and everything. He looks very healthy and he acts very healthy. He even offers his neck for a scratching when he's on your finger. I'm sure he'll do fine when it comes to traveling, as well. Well, now I need to do some more homework for Bio or else I'll never finish it. Ah, it's wonderful to have a pet again, and even my mom agrees that we were past due for an animal. My parents are just as happy as I at having a bird.
