Vancouver Day 1
I'm in Vancouver, again. This is what? my 5th visit to the city now and I have to admit that I'm pretty happy with my memories and directions of this place. I even managed to get Chrissy and myself down to Metrotown without getting lost lulz.
ANYWAY! I arrived here (after a 20 minute flight delay) without too much trouble, and I actually managed to find Chrissy (purely by chance tbh haha) without any hassles. It was like:
ozzypoos: *food court... food court... food court... what the hell, someone's getting in my---* CHRISSY!
Chrissy: Ozzy!
We didn't even get to the food court haha I love it when things like that happen XD
So we got to our hostel pretty easily, and it's in a pretty good area location wise - that made me happy. We just looked around Robson Street and Metrotown today. We didn't get into the Downtown area until after noon, and after looking around those two places and getting the week organised, it was 7:30pm.
It was a good day, and it's always great hanging out with Chrissy ♥
I think next Monday's going to be an interesting day. They're organising a pub crawl for that night, and I'm severely tempted to go on it. Chrissy's pretty keen about doing it as well since it's been specially organised to celebrate Australia Day :D How could I not go on such a pub crawl to celebrate such a thing? -blinks- It's the Aussie way to celebrate such a thing (That cookies, and bbqs haha)
Speaking of alcohol... I had a strawberry daiquiri with dinner tonight, and ZOMG!! It was the tastiest daiquiri I've ever had in my life! I wanted another one, but held off :( I shall wait for the pub crawl to indulge in such alcoholic ways >.>
Tomorrow's going to be a busy day. We're heading up to Mount Seymour to spend the day there. I think the hardest thing about that trip will be trying to figure out the bus system lulz I've never caught it without someone showing me what to do... it will be quite the adventure!
Oh oh! And apparently the Killers are playing here in April... I'm so tempted to go to that concert! I looooove the Killers ♥ I might have to go >.>;;;
Anyway! I better head off.
