Haven't checked in in awhile, been so busy.
Went to Ireland last month. Had a great time, took a zillion photos, drank some tasty Guinnesses. I uploaded the pictures to facebook cos that's easier than posting them here. You've probably already seen them if you still read this blog.
I've always been a super big HBO Original Series fan, so I'm watching both Treme and Game of Thrones. I highly recommend both of them although Treme is an emotional kick in the ass. Every time "Big Chief Lester Freamon" (as we have dubbed him) has a scene, I want to cry. Game of Thrones is going good, although might be less enjoyable if you've not read the books (fun fact: some of the very, very, very few fantasy novels I like). I'm very pleased with the casting. I love Peter Dinklage and he's playing my favourite character from the series! I will also note that Carcetti from The Wire playing Littlefinger is great... but really, all the casting is very well done. If you like TV and have HBO, you should check them both out.
Watch The Wire too if you still haven't seen it.
Got a Blizzcon ticket again this year, although Matt isn't going with me this year. However, will once again be getting together with a bunch of guildies and raiding buddies, so should be good times.
