Minddump, again
I enjoy some bands that could qualify as 'scene'. Yanno, PatD, Fall Out Boy, The Killers...thing is, the fandoms that revolve around scene bands SCARE ME SO MUCH. Just so you know. The hilarious thing about these bands, though, is that they kinda limpet themselves on to Chach who...is about as unscene as you can get and still be human. So, iLaugh.
The employee dinner went pretty neat, actually. They did a slideshow/powerpoint thing where they reworked Where The Wild Things Are to star us, the loyal workers. I was a monster growling a terrible growl after Max leaves. At least then I knew why they shoved a camera in my face on a 92degree day the moment I came into the office. "Can you growl? C'mon, Sarah, growl..."
I also got a bonus check. Which is...very nice, and will be my spending money for the next month or so, since it's still a few weeks before the summer schedule of "Oh good heavens when will it all end?!??!?!" sets in.
...I may have already decided that I need to spread my band affection around a tad bit and purchased a shirt...
