Going on sick-day 9.
I've been sick this past week. It was kinda bad at first, now it's mostly gone. But this damn cough has been holding onto me. How much crud could possibly be in my lungs? I've been coughing goo up for the past 9 days! It should be all gone by now.
I bets it's multiplying down there. It's like yeast, but soggier.
The sitting around is getting me too. I even didn't go to gaming on wednesday. I haven't missed an entire session in a long time. I can't even remember the last time. I'm feeling kinda down in the spirits too.
Eva was in Spokane for Christmas and I only got to see her for almost a minute at the mall. She stopped by, said Hi, then left. Whee! Ah well. I think that was about all the Joe she could stand. That was what, last tuesday? Yeah, last tuesday. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired.
Cars in the shop too. The "shop" is parked in front of my uncle's house. He used to be a mechanic. Had his own garage and everything. Made a lot of money, cuz' he's good at what he does. He's probably done with it by now. Got the turn-signal working and dammed up that power-steering leak. That'd be tops. I hope he has, at least. I don't mean to be Mr. Gloom-n-doom but he probably hasn't gotten it fixed yet. That'd be just my luck. I've got a few days work starting this wednesday. In and of itself it's not enough to pay rent next month... but it'll be a little head-start. I just hope I have a car to get to work with. Bleh.
