OKAY, so when Makoto and Kizna first met, he didn't think much of her other than she was yelling at him about making friends. So he pretty much thought he would never talk to her again because she made it clear that she didn't like him.

but she DID talk to him again and more importantly, she tried to talk to him and understand him. And this made a considerable impression on Makoto. And then she got him his guitar which meant a lot to Makoto and he instantly liked her and wanted to do things for her that made her happy because she made him happy! And before he knew it, he had become very attached to Kizna and the way she pushed his boundaries to certain things, but not in the insensitive way he was used to people around him (like Masayuki). Makoto also tends to feel somewhat inadequate because he does try to help her and cheer her up, but he feels he doesn't do a good job of it.

And, um, he likes her a lot. ._.

T-This is way more difficult than it should be. I'm just going to ramble, you will love it.

So, the first meeting went bad, yes, but most of her important first meetings go badly. It's just how she fails in a way, I guess. He really didn't annoy her too much, but the only other person she knows like that is a violent ass so she was like "o but hell no". (Ahaha, irony.) She came back for round two just because she's a shoujo retard in disguise like that, and he turned her opinion of him around on her! Kizna is more than cool with admitting she was wrong ( ... )
