[audio with added sound of fiddling] No. I got the train and- [video appears, with Dree's hand in the lower corner] Thank you. The train and the train and the spaceship. [gives her an excited grin ; he's finally big enough!

[Dree leans in behind him] Miss Cindy got us the train and the train and the spaceship.

[Max nods] I can go on the boat all the time. This is very more im-portent.

[switches to video herself] Yes, that is much more important. We can save the boat for later.

[leans in] Is Mommy really going to go with us on all three roller coasters?

[Max just grins while Dree makes a face behind him] Mommy is going to do the mine train, and against her better judgement [makes a face at him when Max looks up at her] she's going on the spaceship. [smiles, then looks back to El] But she's not going on the railroad. [shakes her head] Once was more than enough. [makes a face, remembering the post-shot nausea the coaster brought on]

[twists to look up at her again, shocked] You been on it?

[gives him a nod] Yes I have. Mel and I had to test it for you. That's how we knew you had to wait until you were twelve. [sticks her tongue out]

[gives Dree a surprised look] You're gonna do Space Mountain?

[smiles at Max] I think you'll do just fine with it. We'll have you sit between us, so we don't squish you on the corners.

[gives her a shrug] Once won't kill me.

[humors her with a smile] Okay, Maxie. Time to finish your schoolwork. [nudges him out of the chair]

[makes a face] Okay. Bye, Mel [gives her a smile and a wave before disappearing]

[smiles at Dree once Max is gone] You know you don't have to ride Space Mountain. We'll be fine doing it by ourselves.

[makes a face] I promised Chapel I would try it. You're on your own with the- [raises her finger and spins it] rockets. [takes a breath] But I can't do the other train, again. [shakes her head] That was too much, old age or not. [forces a smile]

apparently when they stayed the night at the castle, they gave BTMR a try and it brought back too many memories of the after-effects of the shot, so she's a little freaked out by BT. <3

[gives her a smile} I wouldn't expect you to do those. Seriously. if you want to back out at the last minute you can. Max and I will totally understand.

[gives her a smirk] I will hold you to the Haunted Mansion though. [gives her a joking grin] Who knows, you might recognize one of the ghosts.

[makes a face] Hey. I flew your ship. How hard can closing my eyes and holding on for my neverending life be? Not that I closed my eyes when I was flying your ship....

It's not much different than flying with Mass at the helm.
