Self-Saucing Pudding recipe

I haven't tried it yet... But I think that I should organise a taste-off against the Greens Puddings that Mamma sent me for Christmas. Anyone interested?

Mix 100g sugar, 100g self-raising flour, pinch salt and 25g cocoa in a large bowl (that fits in your microwave - this will rise when cooked).
Melt 50g margarine (medium nuke for 45 secs) and add to mix.
Beat 1 egg with 4 tablespoons (60ml) milk, beat into mix until all mixed in.
In a separate bowl, mix 100g sugar (says soft brown if you have it) with 25g cocoa. Sprinkle over the top of the wet mixture.
Just before cooking, pour 150ml water over the whole thing.
Nuke on high for 5 mins (750W)
Makes a chocolatey sponge with choccy sauce, serves 4.
