Where has all the rum gone?
Well it seems that my headache can be explained by the almost empty Bacardi bottle on the coffee table.
Couldn't make the Yellow Fairy, as we lacked some of the ingredients.
I did manage to put together a rather nice cocktail too. Anyone know what it is?
2 shots gin
1 shot Bacardi
1 shot lime cordial (bickfords, not cottee's coola)
2 tsp caster sugar
Lemon Juice
Lime wedges
Ice, if it is needed
Squeeze lime wedges & put into cocktail shaker with everything else.
Shake until you can't feel the sugar anymore.
Decant.
I would probably add a couple cubes of ice too, if we owned a freezer, and it wasn't <5C outside.
