Christmas Nom - Gluten & Dairy Free

From Ursula, who lives next door to my Da, and brought this to the family BBQ on Saturday.

Pre-heat oven to 160°C

Beat 1 egg white to soft peak
Gradually add 1/4 cup of caster sugar
Stir in 3 tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp nutmeg, ¼ tsp ground cloves.
Fold in 250g hazelnuts

Spoon onto baking tray. - Be as rough as you want, but mixture should be between 2-5cm thick.

Bake for 30 mins.

Wait till it's completely cooled before breaking it up into chunks.
