Bosquet t-shirt update!
I was talking with my father about the bousquet T-shirt I mentioned featuring a raccoon wearing a "GOP in '94" button with the words "Newport Resident" underneath.
Apparently, in the early 1990s Rhode Island politician Claiborne Pell shot a raccoon on his Newport property. Pell was a democrat, so naturally the raccoon population supported the Republican party after the incident. My dad isn't one to make things up, but if he did, at least it makes sense.
