The 4th Sunset Breaks to hit the laid back Victoria Cross
Bar in North Sydney rolls around on the 19th of August and
dont we have something special in store.
After some discussion (read copious drinks) with the founder
of Newcastles long running Nutshell Breaks party we have
decided thats its time to instigate a little friendly fire!!
As such the party will go a little something like this:
In the Nutshell Corner -
Auxilary - Founder of the Nutshell Breaks parties and having p
layed alongside the likes of, Krafty Kuts, Friendly,
Freestylers and the Stanton Warriors. This is one man who
can certainly get any party jumping.
Kato - This mans abundant energy behind the decks
and awesome tune selection has provided many a story
(think air guitar) and will definitely be one DJ not to
miss.
Appearing on the Sunset team -
Robotek - Currently found rockin Broke ‘n’ Beats, Dirty
House Sessions and with appearances at Break INN and
Nutshell this man definitely gets around. His tune selection
is second to none and he will certainly be taking it to Auxilary.
Steve Lind - This mans ‘party funk’ sound is undeniably
infectious. Hailing from Canberra’s top party night Friction
and holding residencies at Chinese Laundry and our very own
Sunset Breaks he is definitely a heavy weight contender.
Also playing some tech funk goodness will be Sunsets own
andreas (yeah me) and rounding out the party will be nauseous pork.
Well after the effort expended typing that
it would be rude not to come so I will see all of you
smiling people there.
As usual there will be cheap drinks, great tunes, comfy lounges
and a great crew..
$5 pre 4pm or $10 after..
Once again come up and say hi to either Andrew or myself (andreas).
If past performance is anything to go by you will probably
score a free drink from one of us????
COME SUPPORT YOUR TEAM, Sunset or Nutshell...
Sounds very chilled and fun.. and as long as Dan stays away from the housey stuff it promises to be a good afternoon/evening thing.
Anyone interested in coming along??
