quick post from work
Before my boss gets in.
I've been opening most days (unless I get delayed too much due to my bus running late or something, hey it happens) which is cool... usually I have things I can get done alone in the mornings pretty easily, and I like that I'm trusted enough to have a key and be able to open. Business has been relatively slow especially in travel, apparently that is true all over though and not just at our agency. It's fine by me because I prefer the clerical stuff I do for the investment services and tax planning over the travel stuff anyway.
Went to see the cats Monday evening. Rowdy is doing better for now... she is not healthy really, but she is comfortable and seems happy. The vet didn't know how long she would last either, maybe up to another year. So that is reasonably better news.
Also got back in touch with someone the other day who I haven't really talked to in a few years. An online friend, not a RL one. Gives me this odd sentimental feeling. That feeling's always a bit bittersweet since the memories can be nice, but things now are generally different than the way they were then.
