First day pictures and workout
This is before I started the work out:

SO far the workout was alright, I took it slow for the first day, though it got tough on the end. Gonna set this up so I can actually use this to jot down how much I did with what weight:
Regular Push-ups: 15 reps
Heavy Pants: 15 lbs; 15 reps
Military Press: 15 lbs; 15 reps
Standard Bicep Curls: 15 lbs; 15 reps
One Arm Tricep Raise: 15 lbs; 15 reps
Lunges: 6 reps
Fly Push-ups: 15 reps
Back Flys: 15 lbs; 15 reps
Swimmer's Press: 15 lbs; 15 reps
Wide Open Curls: 15 lbs; 15 reps
Two Arm Kick-backs: 15 lbs; 15 reps
Lunge/squats: all
Wide/Tri/Standard Push-ups: 7-7-7 reps
Lawnmower Start: 15 lbs; 15 reps
Shoulder Flys: 15 lbs; 15 reps
Bicep 21s: 15 lbs; 14 (instead of 7-7-7, got really fatigued)
Dips: 7 reps (need a bigger chair, chaffing with my arm-pits)
Three part Squats: 7-7-7 reps
This is just an example of what I'll be doing daily, as far as jotting down what weight and reps I did per exercise. I am not going to post pictures of myself daily, due in part I don't think that's necessary for people to see. But I will be posting them weekly to keep track. If you want to help me by giving me support in any way you can, that would be greatly appreciated. Don't feel obligated to or whatever. All you have to do is notify me if you want to be in a friends group to continue seeing my progress. I'll try to be more brief about my workouts. Also figure I'll post some update to life so I can keep track and stuff.
