You will ^^ I gave up on many things (no shopping and eating out, taking bus instead of driving car, working) to save enough money for the trip. It's like a trade-off though. I couldn't believe there'll be a day I get to visit Japan

Yup, my first time ever XD There're many things for me to do now before the trip (transportation, accommodation, con tickets, etc.)

Since I'll travel by myself, it's better to stay at a hostel 2000yen/night at khaosan. My friend lives in the school dorm so I can't bother her. The ticket tends to be cheaper if it gets book 2-3 months in advance
