Reason: school and work. Despite those, I still have time for Taiga lol
Back to the subject: I dislike fandom
why?
some are long-time fans who think they belong to the elite group and act like the queens
some are new fans who think they know everything and when someone fix their mistake, they keep being arrogant.
Wonder if I have ever acted like those two kinds above :< maybe I did unconsciously. I don't want to be like that. That's why I don't add ppl much
What is the craziest fandom?
Saying this from a KAT-TUN fan's perspective: it's KAT-TUN fandom
I'm sick of Jin fans vs KaT-TUN fans or KAT-TUN fans vs KaT-TUN fans //hope this makes sense//
It's still a pain for me to see KAT-TUN no longer a 6-nin group T__T It hurts so much but I still support Jin invidually and KaT-TUN (2 Run for You cds are in front of me now). Is it wrong to support Jin? Is it wrong to always hope for 6-person KAT-TUN? Sayonara, KAT-TUN fandom (although I had refrained myself from reading KAT-TUN discussion and and participating in the fandom since last year). I'm fine with flailing and listenning and watching them by myself, ALONE.
Honestly, I don't want any fandom turned out to be KAT-TUN one, especially Taiga fandom. I still remember the time Kel asked me to create a community dedicated to Taiga. I was happy at first because I wanted to know other Taiga fans besides Kel. Before that, only Kel and I (and Tina at a later time) flailed over him in my messy lj. But I was also afraid :( Now, my worry somehow becomes real. STOP FUCKING GRABBING MASAKI KYOMOTO name when talking about Taiga. How many of you knew Masaki (I have to use his first name here to indicate Kyomoto Sr and Kyomoto Jr) before knowing Taiga? How many of you watch his drama/movie? How many of you listen to his music? Do you know Taiga after googling Masaki? Don't get me wrong. I respect Masaki (in fact, I used to watch his drama when I was in elemetary and still remember his acting). But I hate it when people say Taiga = Masaki's son. When I saw Taiga in Yax3 livestage, my crush for him began. Did I know immediately that Taiga was Masaki'son? Heck no!! Of course, I only discovered Masaki's son when digging some infos about Taiga. Masaki's son is only a trivia fact.
Do you think Taiga getting the CM because of his dad's push? Heck no, he auditioned for the role. If Masaki's influence was real, Taiga would have debuted already, he would have been in a drama already and I didn't have to wait several months hoping for his appearance in the mag, his singing voice in Shounen Club and several years wishing for his drama. I'm talking about this not only for Taiga, but also for Tanaka Juri, Okamoto Keito, Anne (Watanabe), Uekusa Yuta and other celebrities' sons and daughters. Does having a famous parent/relative help them?
- Anne dropped out of Miss Japan contest because the public knew her dad was Watanabe Ken. Suck big time!
- Tanaka Koki said that he didn't want to continue the Tanaka Kyodai performance. He wants people to think Juri as Juri, not as Koki's little brother. Fucking agree with him.
Only two examples. I especially felt sorry for Anne. She's more suitable to be Miss Japan, model than being an actress. Yet, she gave up because of her famous dad. What a big help huh? Those people have their obstacle to overcome. Overcome their parents. The more famous one's parent is, the harder one tries. Haters are gonna hate. However, I don't want to see neutral people think Taiga as a talentless guy depending on his dad only after hearing a hater's point of view without trying to check him out.
I didn't want to be a mod at Kyomototaiga community. I used to tell Kel to get another person as mod but she said I was there with her from the beginning and made the comm with her //want to hug Kel badly// I'm not mature enough. A hot-headed person in real life. I know I make people think bad of me but what if it affects to Taiga? >"< I try to avoid interacting with other people because of this.
It should be a happy week for me //banging head on the desk// I should celebrate Nakamaru's Birthday instead of expressing this disgusting feeling on my lj
