I wish I may, I wish I might, have some spooky Oz fic Halloween night
Or, you know, pretty much all month, if anyone's spirits ;) are willing.
Anyway, as it looks like there will be no repeat of the annual Halloween challenge at hardtime100 this year, if anyone finds themself in the mood to put some favorite Ozzies in a spooky situation, I would love to see it -- posted here, or with a link back to your own LJ.
If anyone happened to be moved to write wishfic after my own heart, I think you know the ingredients: B/K, romance, smut okay but totally optional, AU fantastic.
Some plotbunnies for consideration: This is an article on 'real' Vampire Killers. I always had a hankering to do an SVU fic, with Elliot tracking a vampire killer and in the process meeting Beecher, who had been a victim who got away, but there are heaps of ways someone could use this stuff.
Another plotbunny that never came to anything was for something like the T.A.P.S. team, a few years down the road, after it's fallen into long abandoned, spooky ruin and desolation, to come to Oz to investigate reported hauntings. Still think it could make for a fun fic in the right hands.
The possibilities are endless, really: ghosts, shadow people, zombies, werewolves, vampires, phantom hitchhikers, magic spells, haunted objects and places, demons, aliens...
So if anyone wants to play, please do. No word limits. Fic can be canon or as AU as you like, including xovers.
Just have fun.
