Recital DAY ONE!
Okay, so today was an interesante day! I woke up this morning at around 10 and was like "crappo!!" because I had to leave the house at 11 or so =( to go to Calvary which is 20 minutes away *deeep sigh!*
It took me SOOO long to get everything together this morning, especially since no one was home to help me.... so i first had a tap rehearsal for the Remedy and then had a 2 1/2 hour ballet rehearsal run through thingy-ma-jig and then i had a jazz rehearsal!! Oh and i was SO stupid... talk about a total and comPLETE blonde moment...! I was trying to take out the wrinkles in one of my costumes so i was steaming the pants but it wasn't working, so then i set the dial to where it has the same material on it and prepared to iron the pants but it STUCK!! AAAH!!! so there was this huge white iron mark on green pants, it's HILARIOUS to see!!! The good news is is that it's more on the inside of the pant leg so you can't really see it and it's tap so i'd be wiggling around anywayz. Wah! Okay so... the rehearsals lasted until about 4:30 and then i had to do someone's bun, but that didn't take very long cuz i'm a skilled bizatch taha! Then i was running around trying to find food (i finally ate some subway but that's basically all i've eaten all day, wait i lied... i had some carl's jr. on the way home) Okay so then i was running around getting ready with like eyelashes flying, hair sticking... it was craziness..... the show started i think at 6 or 6:30 and lasted until about 10, then i had to run around and help clean up because everyone's a COMPLETE AND TOTAL MESS!!!
Hokay, now that THAT's out of my system!! I haven't really done anything else today except major craziness. I'm extremely exhausted though!! I need someone to cheer me up and make my day because there was a bit of drama with my good friends during the recital behind-the-scenes with someone liking someone else and that person not liking them back and then being ... ahem... i'll just say rude about it. But anyways...... i shall say no more! I'd hate to get on someone's bad side lol!
Okay... i believe i'm done!! Looking at the crap i've just written, my English teacher would have a heart attack, lol!!!
Tomorrow i don't have to be at Calvary until 5:30 i believe, but i think i'll go early anyways.... hm.... i should investigate!!
