Today
I have today off. I woke up around 9am and couldn't go back to sleep, so I made a pot of coffee and watched some TV. Around noon I left and went to the mall, where I planned on buying myself a new pair of glasses at Lenscrafters (my old pair was on its last leg, and I needed to have my eyes checked again). Nearly $900 later, I left with a pair of prescription sunglasses, and a cute pair of new glasses with Dolce & Gabana frames (my last glasses were kinda cheap, so I splurged this time). While waiting for my glasses, I went to Express and bought some new work shirts and ties and a few casual clothes, too. All in all, it was a productive, albeit extremely expensive, trip to the mall.
Lea and I picked up some Thai food for lunch, and now we're sitting around the house being lazy. She's going in to eat at our work later tonight, and I have no real plans. I'd go out and find something to do, but considering I spent more than $1000 today, I should probably stay home and not spend more money. I'll probably just lay around the house all night.
