Hi everyone. My name is Kelly and I'm soon-to-be 18. I was raised Lutheran (that's going to be changed, however...) but I've had an affinity for Mary for years now. I just adore her...My room speaks for itself, LOTS of Mary kitsch (I'm dying to get a throw blanket with Our Lady of Guadalupe on it). I'm very excited to have found this community and discover the other Mary Freaks out there ;)
I wanted to ask if anyone has read "Looking for Mary, or the Blessed Virgin and Me" by Beverly D'onofrio. It really is a great book, I've read probably five times now. It's by the same woman the movie "Riding in Cars with Boys" is based on.
