• Submissions for the Asian Woman Blog Carnival are due tomorrow! As usual, I very much want to particpate, but my poor time-management and general overwhelment with school leave me with no content. Uh. Anyone have suggestions? Tell me what to write!

This is the answer I got when I asked about Memories. ^^ Sounds like they're planning a drastic overhaul.

I also really hope they allow Memories to be imported, as I use the feature like crazy under umadoshi. (Although that's a permanent LJ account, so my Memory list there isn't going to disappear unless the site does, in which case...the list is useless anyway. ^^;)

I didn't know that Ashes of Time has been re-released! I have an ancient VHS copy that I dubbed from a Chinese version that I rented from a marvelous hole in the wall Asian video rental place in Minneapolis back in 1994, the year the movie was released. I'll have to get the new DVD version and compare them to see what Wong Kar Wai cut when he re-released it.
