BPAL: Shanghai

Shanghai

BPAL: The crisp, clean scent of green tea touched with lemon verbena and honeysuckle.

Imp: Lemon! And tea! Mmmm, I like this. Actually, it smells just like Embalming Fluid, just a little more tea-like and less sharply citrus.

Wet: More lemon and tea! Smells like the drydown stage of Embalming Fluid. I am slightly afraid that the honeysuckle will turn horribly floral on me and make this nice smell go powdery.

Drydown: Hey niftiness! I am wearing a floral and it isn't taking over the entire perfume! Will wonders never cease. Anyway, this takes on a slightly lighter note during the dry phase, with a touch of sweetness that Embalming Fluid doesn't have. Embalming Fluid smells a little darker for some reason (but still bright and clean), probably because of the white musk. Oh I really, really like this. And it's even cooler because it's named "Shanghai."

The rats tried to nibble it off my wrists, which probably means they like it. Or they thing it's food, which is also quite likely, as they seem to think pretty much everything is food. I suppose I should be grateful that they didn't turn into Attack Rats ;).
