Resignation - Final Day
Christmas was surprisingly nice despite all the work-tension, family issues, and deaths of late. My Mom (for the moment) isn't hung up on my departure from work.
Speaking to that...
...Today is my last day at work.
I don't think it's hit me yet completely. It more feels like I'm going on vacation or something. But this is it. After today I never have to set foot in a Walgreens again if I don't want to.
Starting tomorrow I'm going to get some much needed R&R for about a week and start the New Year fresh.
So far I think this is my best Christmas present to myself and New Years resolution I've ever made
