It's days like today that I really hate my job. Surprisingly most of the time the biggest problem with my job is actually my stupid manager, not the idiot customers. So today I put myself into Aux Code 1 for my break. I was finishing up with a call that turned into an escalated issue, so I was in Aux 9 for follow up, which I was told previously to use if I was working on something that would take more than 2 minutes. So anyway, after I finished that up it was time for my first break and I forgot to change myself from code 9 to code 1. He made this huge ass deal about it too. I don't get it. The girl next to me messes up her codes literally every day. No one ever says a word about it, they just come over and put her in the right code. This place is getting old.
