Hahaha, I love Dali. When I look at his paintings, or listen to The Velvet Underground, I feel all romantic and morbid at the same time.
Then I start to wish I was a genius... I start to wish I was bold, and care free and full of aesthetic fool hardyness (That's probably not a word, but who cares! I'm lamenting, people!!!). So that I could run away. Not care what happens to my family, to my friends, to ME. So long as I'm making some sort of beauty... making the world a more bohemian place. Stunning people with my pretentious sneer, and with words they could never say. Not because they can't think them up, but because they can't bring themselves to say it; because they're afraid.
I'd like to say "FUCK FEAR! FUCK YOUR TRADITIONS! FUCK IT ALL GOD DAMN YOU!".
