(no subject)
So Liz and I just went to see Chronicles of Narnia, which was a kick-ass movie. By the way Liz: that guy was not the Oompa Loompa, although he was Elijah Woods' scale model in all three LoTR movies. Yay for IMDB. Anyway, after the movie ended, Liz and I stuck around for an extra 30 seconds because we were talking or still possibly watching the credits (God forbid we stay until the whole thing is done), when all of a sudden the screen turns off while still rolling the end credits, and all the lights in the theatre go off. So there we are, the only two people left sitting there, and it's pitch black. I stood up to put my coat on, and I couldn't even see Liz sitting there anymore. It was really really really dark in there. And might I add, really friggin creepy. So I get the bright idea (no pun intended) of finding my purse and grabbing my cell phone out of it. We had to use the light from my phone to guide ourselves out of the theatre, and of course we were sitting at the very top and had to go down quite a few stairs. I kept expecting someone/something to jump out at us the whole time we were walking out of there. Obviously nothing did, but it was still really freaking scary.
So that was our adventure. Just thought I'd share.
